Delivery information:

At SuperJacks Golf Shop we process all orders within 24 hours.

All orders received by 1.00pm GMT are shipped out the same working day using either Royal Mail 1st class recorded, courier or optional Special Delivery.

Heavy items such as bags clubs, trolley etc. will be despatched via DHL-same day of the order is received before 10.30am, all orders received after 10.30am will be despatched next working day.

Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Whilst most items will be dispatched within one working day, please allow 2-3 days for delivery within the UK, 5-7 days for Europe, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and 7-10days for United States and Australia.

Overseas Shipping: We ship to Ireland and all European countries small packets up to 2.00kg for a flat rate of £5.00 per item +£2.50 for each additional item using Airmail Small Packets. For heavier or large items which exceed please contact us for a shipping quote. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order.

Shipping to United States and Australia is also available for small packets for a flat rate of £7.00 per item + 3.50 for each additional item up to 2.00kg only. The packet can not exceed 2.00kg otherwise extra charges will apply.
